I’m a Certified Trauma-Informed Therapist, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker, licensed in Massachusetts and Florida! I have a deep passion for art, the great outdoors, and laughter. I’ve spent years immersing myself in various mental health care settings. I feel this this journey has equipped me with bits of knowledge that may help us, as a vibrant human collective, to create healing and fulfillment in our lives!

I have taken this information and poured it onto our Affirmation Lists and Wellness Worksheets. I want these tools to be as informative and useful, as possible. I carry that intent into each therapy session I hold, whether individual or group, remote or in-person, inside or outside. In addition to being a therapist, I am a mom, painter, and fashion, fitness and animal lover! I have difficult moments, quirks and weaknesses, just like any human! I prioritize embracing a growth mindset, and I have my own goals that I actively and intentionally work on every day.​​
